BEGINNERS - Get started

Beginner classes are intended to introduce new members to the fundamental movements of CrossFit. These classes will provide athletes with the correct skills and tools they need to feel comfortable doing normal scheduled workouts. Beginner classes are integrated into normal classes!

All you need to do is walk in, our coach of the day will take care of the rest!
